Gnumm File Sharing
Gnumm (Gnutella Media Machine) was a file sharing software I developed around the year 2000. It was an implementation of the Gnutella protocol as well as the OpenNap protocol. Files were shared across both networks. Additionally, the software implemented an optimisation for Gnutella that used supernodes to avoid the packet flooding that generally happened with Gnutella when the network became too large.
The software was shut down after being acquired.
