Most people spend their time doing chores. A chore is something you do every day, because it pretty much has to be done. All day, every day, there are always more chores to be done.

Doing chores all day is a sure-fire way to not achieve your goals.

A productivity hack:

Split your day into two - half the day, spend it on chores and spend the other half on things that are helping your goals move forward.

A chore for example is 'answering emails'. Something that moves your goals forward is 'register for a gym'.

Doing this, every single day, you know you are moving forward towards your goals.
